These Terms are the agreement between you and Pure Exam — run as an independent sole proprietorship trading as “Pure Exam” — for using PureExam.com, our practice tests, scoring, analytics, and related services. By creating an account, taking a test, or buying premium, you agree to these Terms plus our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Pure Exam is self-serve TOEFL practice software — practice tests with scores, on a self-paced platform. You study on your own schedule and track progress in your dashboard.

You must be of legal age to use this service. One account is for one learner's personal study — keep your login private and your email current, since receipts and refund messages go there.

Reading & Listening are scored from the answer key. Speaking and Writing receive scores as well. Bands (1.0–6.0) and scalings (0–120) are estimates to guide your study — they describe your practice performance only, not an official score, and may differ on test day. Practice content is prepared with care but may contain errors. Submit only your own work.

Full Test 1 is free — one full attempt with scoring, no credit card. Fair-use limits apply. Anything you did for free before buying never affects refunds.

1-Month and 3-Month plans are each a single upfront payment — no auto-renewal; access simply ends. Premium unlocks all full tests, all sectional and topic-wise sets, scores for Speaking & Writing, answer reviews, and full analytics. Prices show in your local currency; any tax is worked out automatically at checkout, and the total you approve is exactly what you are charged. Payments are processed securely — we never see your card details.

Full refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have not started any premium content since buying. “Started” means starting, opening, or attempting any premium test — content loads into your browser, so viewing it counts. Browsing non-test pages doesn't, and neither does your free attempt from before purchase. Approved refunds go back in full (including tax) to your original payment method, typically within 14 days. Your plan is a personal license for your own study. Don't copy, share, resell, or scrape our content, share your account, or misuse the platform. Everything on it belongs to Pure Exam or its licensors. We may suspend access for serious misuse.

We keep the Platform fast and reliable, but brief outages or content updates can happen, and the service is provided as-is. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is capped at what you paid in the last 12 months — and your country's mandatory consumer rights always prevail.

Stop anytime — premium simply expires. These Terms follow the laws of India, except where your country's mandatory consumer protections apply. We may update these Terms as the product evolves; the new version posts here with a new date.
